  1. This voucher is valid at the following participating hotels: Dorsett Grand Subang, Dorsett Kuala Lumpur, Dorsett Hartamas, Dorsett Putrajaya.
  2. To redeem the voucher, F & B and/or room reservation must be made in advance. Reservations are subject to space/room availability at point of reservation.
  3. Only original printed vouchers are accepted for redemption and must be presented at point of check-in or before ordering.
  4. Voucher/s sold is/are non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in whole. Should amount payable exceed the amount stipulated on the gift voucher, the balance payable should be paid either in cash or via valid debit/credit card.
  5. This voucher is transferable.
  6. Voucher is non-replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise misappropriated or fraudulently used.
  7. The Hotel Management reserves the right to verify the validity of any Voucher and to declare null and void and charge full price, any Voucher that in our opinion has been stolen, duplicated, tampered with, or which is suspected to have been misappropriated or fraudulently obtained or used.
  8. Dorsett Hospitality International and its participating hotels reserve the right to amend/edit the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
  9. STRICTLY no extension upon expiry.
